WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZE CHART?

    >> Please see the "Sizing Guide" under the product description to see the exact measurements of our products. Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat and straight across. Our items run true to size, unisex fit.

     

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

      >> We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay

       

      CAN I EDIT, CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

        >> Please email orders@letsmakeJESUSfamous.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of your request. On some occasions we are unable to edit or cancel due to the order status. However, we will do our best to assist!

         

        HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

          >> Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update.

           

          WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
            >> We accept returns/refunds within 21 days from when the order was delivered. Items must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags/labels attached.             WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

              I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

              >> If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the order being delivered by emailing orders@letsmakeJESUSfamous.com . Please provide your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and brief description of the problem. We will be happy to help !

               

              WHAT IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

              >> We are sorry you are missing an item from your order! Please email orders@letsmakeJESUSfamous.com with your order number and name of the item(s) missing. We will be happy to help !

               

              THE ORDER STATUS IS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT, WHAT CAN I DO?

              >> If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management that may have collected the package for you. If you are still unable to locate the item, please verify that your current mailing address is the same address used when placing the order. If it is correct then reach out to the delivery carrier, along with your tracking number (they have more information than we can see online).

              THE ORDER STATUS IS MARKED RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU RESEND IT?

              >> While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can reship your package once it is received by us. For reshipping, please contact orders@letsmakeJESUSfamous.com with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will be happy to help !
